Thanks to Rep. Tim Probst of Vancouver, the Clark County
Treasurer’s Office is going greener – and saving money at the same time.
Probst sponsored a bill approved by the Legislature in 2010
that allows property owners to view and pay their property tax bills online, at
no charge. That saves paper and postage both for the county and the taxpayer. 
Clark is Probst’s home county, but any county may use the
