Rep. Orwall starts as Human Service vice chair

Yesterday was a day of firsts for new members. Rep. Tina Orwall, D-Normandy Park, went straight from the swearing-in ceremony to her first committee meeting as vice chair of the Human Services Committee.

The committee is chaired by Rep. Mary Lou Dickerson, D-Seattle, also pictured, talking about one of the areas the committee will be involved with.
